Verification email never arrived
- Check spam / junk folders, including the All Mail catch-all in Gmail.
- Click Resend on
/verify. A new link goes out within 30 seconds. - Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your signup email — we can manually re-issue.
Offer credited but didn’t show up
The partner network’s lock period applies before the credit moves to Available. Check /ledger — if the entry is there with pending status, just wait it out. If it’s not there after 24 h, email support with the offer name, completion time, and a screenshot of the network’s confirmation page.
”Code rejected” when redeeming a promo
Codes are single-use per account and case-insensitive. If you see Code rejected:
- You’ve already redeemed this code.
- The code has expired (most promos run 30–90 days).
- The code is mistyped — the form trims whitespace and upper-cases, so check for typos in the middle.
Stuck on the TOTP screen
If you’ve lost your authenticator app, email support with proof of identity (an email from your verified address asking for TOTP reset is sufficient at low cashout volumes). At higher cashout history we may ask for a video selfie.
My cashout is stuck in review_held
Review holds last 24–72 hours by design. The hold is real — we use it to detect compromised accounts before the gift card leaves our control. Once the timer elapses on /wallet/cashout/[id], the request advances to approved and then dispatched automatically.
