Gift cards (200+ brands, 24–72 h)
The fastest, fee-free path. We use Tremendous to dispatch a digital code by email to whatever address you supply at checkout.
- Wallet → Cash out → Pick gift cards.
- Pick a brand. Some brands have fixed denominations (Amazon $5/$10/$25/…); others let you choose any amount within their min/max.
- Enter the recipient email and an optional name. Submit.
- We hold the request for 24–72 hours for a review window. Approved requests dispatch to Tremendous; Tremendous emails the code; status updates flow back to your
/wallet/cashout/{id}page in real time.
If the request fails after dispatch (e.g. the partner brand is briefly out of stock), the credit reverses to your wallet automatically and you can retry.
Crypto (operator-dispatched manually)
Crypto cashouts at MVP are not self-serve. To request a payout:
- Email [email protected] with:
- Your account email.
- The wallet address (USDT-TRC20, BTC, ETH, USDC-Polygon supported).
- The amount in USD.
- We dispatch from our operator wallet within 24–48 hours.
- The corresponding ledger entry shows up on your
/wallet/cashout/historypage with the on-chain transaction reference.
The reason this is manual at launch: building a self-serve crypto rail with proper TOTP supply, wallet-whitelist signing, and per-coin floor monitoring is operationally expensive for our current volume. We’ll automate once volume justifies.
Minimums by tier
- L0 / L1 / L2: $5 minimum.
- L3: $3 minimum.
- L4: $1 minimum.
